Endurance

Endurance Training for Healthier Employees

The category “Endurance” differs from Bodyweight Training in its use, as it offers the possibility to track your sporting activity live instead of prefabricated exercises. Information on duration, distance covered, metres of altitude climbed and speed is recorded. The points you collect are displayed in real time in the app.

In each section, breaks are scheduled between the respective exercises to ensure the ideal combination of physical activity and regeneration for you.

Seamless Data Sync

Import & Manual Entry

Teamfit seamlessly integrates with Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, and Polar Flow, allowing employees to sync their fitness data in real time. This keeps everything up to date, making challenges easier and boosting motivation as progress is instantly visible.

If your sport isn’t listed, you can enter it manually, selecting from various options and adding key details like duration, distance, and elevation. You can also upload a photo to verify your workout.
