General

Is participation voluntary?

Yes, participation is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Where can I get support or technical assistance?

Can I earn points during my working hours?

Collecting steps is possible during working hours, specifically for the distances that are covered as part of one’s daily work routine. Sports activities are to be done as a private individual outside of working hours, during breaks, on the way to work, or during free time.

Registration & Teams

How do I register?

Scan the QR code in the app guide or go to the following link: https://teamfit.app.link/hansa-flex

Enter your email address and choose a secure password, as well as your gender and fitness level.

Then, you can create your own team by selecting a team name and country. To complete the registration, enter your first and last name, as well as your email address.

If you do not want to create your own team, you can join an existing team using a team code. To complete the registration, enter your first and last name, as well as your email address.

Which email address should I use to register?

Please use only your private email address; official HANSA-FLEX email addresses are not permitted for personal use.

How can I create a team?

Simply join forces with your colleagues, scan the QR code (also see: https://teamfit.app.link/hansa-flex) and create your own team by selecting a team name and country.

Can I switch teams?

You can leave a team at any time, either on your own or through the team captain. However, accumulated points will not be transferred to the new team and will expire. New points will only count from joining a new team.

Can I be a member of multiple teams? What happens to my points?

Yes. The points you earn in workouts will be displayed for each team, but only counted once for the competition.

I am a team captain: what are my special tasks/functions?

Team captains register first and can invite their team members to join the team, who then also need to register in the app. See the app guide for details.

Can I register later?

Yes, at any time. Simply be invited by a team captain and register. Points will only be counted after registration is completed.

I don't want to participate anymore, what can I do?

The easiest option is for the employee to leave the teams and challenges on their own. Otherwise, each team captain would need to remove the employee from their team.

Data Privacy

Are my data safe? Who has access to my sports data?

HANSA-FLEX (HF) only receives an evaluation on a country or team level, not for individuals; team members can see activities, while members of other teams can only see the collected team points.

Why does HF receive my data?

What data does Teamfit receive and how long will data be stored?
