Health circle

Health circles are groups or teams of employees within a company or organisation that meet regularly to discuss health issues, exchange information on health-promoting measures and pursue common health goals. These circles serve to strengthen health awareness, promote personal responsibility for one’s own health and create a supportive social environment for health-promoting behaviour. By participating in health circles, employees can experience mutual support and motivation, learn new health strategies, adopt positive behaviours and make long-term lifestyle changes. Health circles are an effective tool in corporate health management to promote health awareness and improve the health and well-being of employees.
