Dissolution of boundaries

In the context of occupational health management, the dissolution or loosening of traditional boundaries between work and private life and between different areas of work within a company. Dissolution of boundaries in OHM aims to reduce the dividing lines between work and personal areas of life in order to promote a balanced relationship between professional requirements and individual needs. This can be achieved, for example, through flexible working time models, home office options, the promotion of a healthy work-life balance and the integration of health promotion measures in the workplace. The aim is to improve the health and well-being of employees, increase their job satisfaction and boost productivity by giving them more autonomy and freedom to make decisions about their working hours and conditions. The dissolution of boundaries in the context of OHM requires a holistic view of the world of work and its effects on the individual well-being and health of employees.
