When is a manually entered workout easy, intermediate or hard?
The classification of a workout as easy, intermediate or hard is based on your perceived training intensity, i.e. your subjective body sensation. The measure is the Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). After a workout, you can consider how strenuous it was for you on a scale of 1 to 10:
1: no effort → easy workout.
2 – 3: light effort → easy workout
4 – 6: moderate effort → intermediate workout
7 – 9: great effort → hard workout
10: maximum effort → hard workout
How do the theme weeks work?
Every week we have a specific theme with exciting articles for you. The theme also determines the sport through which a team emerges as the weekly winner. In a water sports week, for example, the team that has collected the most points on average with a water sports-related activity (such as swimming, kitesurfing or SUP) wins.
How are the average points calculated?
When calculating the average points of a team, the point value of a workout is divided by the number of current team members and stored. This progressive calculation of the average points per team member prevents the average value from “jumping” when additional members join a team or existing members leave.
How do the individual evaluations work?
Each week, the top 10 athletes who have collected the most points over the entire period to date are selected.
