A. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

We collect your personal data for the purpose of conducting the Schmalz Challenge and for contacting participants of the three teams of the Challenge with the most points. The data of other participants will not be transmitted.

Participation in the Schmalz Challenge is voluntary.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your consent, Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

C. Deletion

We will delete your personal data after the Schmalz Challenge has ended.

D. Data transfer

For the purpose of conducting the Schmalz Challenge, your personal data will be transferred from Teamfit GmbH to J. Schmalz GmbH.

If the personal data concerning you are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of the personal data concerning you for such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct advertising.

Using the Teamfit app requires consent to the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. If this consent is revoked, the app can no longer be used and the user data and user account must be irrevocably deleted.
